Isaac Abid is the founder and managing partner of Lakeside Group.

Isaac previously served as a founding partner at HP Investors, where he helped acquire and manage over $1B in investments across California, and launched its Oakland office in 2014.

Prior to HP Investors, Isaac was at AIG Global Real Estate (now Corebridge) and The LeFrak Organization, where he helped underwrite and manage institutional investments across multiple asset classes and project types.

Isaac is actively involved in multiple industry and local organizations. He currently serves as the Chair of the Downtown Oakland Partnership and is the founder of the Northlake District in Downtown Oakland. Isaac also serves on the Board of Directors of the Oakland School for the Arts.

Isaac holds an MBA and MS in Urban Planning/Architecture from Columbia University, and received his undergraduate degree from UCLA.
